1. Agreement; who we are
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Didii (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are a Canadian company headquartered in British Columbia, Canada. By using didii.ca, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services you agree to these Terms.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “effective date.” Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
3. Orders, pricing & product information
– All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason (including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory).
– Prices are shown in CAD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated. We will charge applicable GST/HST or provincial taxes at checkout.
– We endeavour to display product colors, textures and sizes accurately; however, screen displays vary and small variations are not defects.
4. Payment & payment processors
– We use third-party payment processors to process card payments. You agree that payments are subject to the processors’ terms and the Card Brand rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Merchant processors may require documentation or verification of transactions, and may take actions such as placing holds, reversing funds, or assessing chargeback fees in accordance with their agreements.
– We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment information is transmitted securely to our PCI-compliant payment provider.
– For more detail on how we handle payment information, see our Privacy Policy below.
5. Chargebacks, disputes & liability for fees
– If a customer initiates a chargeback through their issuer, we will respond to the dispute by providing transaction documentation to our payment processor. Processors maintain chargeback policies and timeframes for responding; failure to respond in a timely manner can result in automatic resolution in favor of the cardholder.
– If a chargeback is lost (i.e., the issuer finds the customer’s claim valid), the merchant account will be debited and the merchant may be charged an administrative fee or assessment per the processor’s policies. The customer may also be liable for the original item if returned improperly.
– We encourage customers to contact support@didii.ca to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback.
6. Shipping & delivery
– We ship within Canada only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; they are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs inspections.
– Responsibility passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the shipping address provided.
7. Returns, refunds & exchanges
– Refer to our detailed Return Policy page. In the event of conflict between the Return Policy and these Terms, the Return Policy (as posted) governs return/refund procedures.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
– We warrant that on delivery the products will conform to the product description and be free from material defects under normal use. If a product is defective, our sole obligation is repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
– Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all other implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
