Refund and Returns Policy

Effective: November 15, 2025

Didii.ca is a Canadian company designing in Canada and partnering with Busan artisans. We sell and ship within Canada only. This Return Policy explains when we accept returns, what we refund, how to return items, and how we handle defective goods.

Key points

  1. We accept returns of unused, unaltered, unworn items in original condition with original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
  2. We accept refunds only for defective or incorrectly shipped items (see “Defective or Incorrect Items” below).
  3. Bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
  5. We process refunds to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return (allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement).
  6. Because Canadian law does not require a universal right to return, our returns policy is a commercial goodwill policy and not a legal obligation except where provincial/territorial consumer laws or warranty rights apply.

Who can return
Only purchases made through didii.ca and delivered within Canada are eligible.

Return eligibility

  1. Eligible: unworn, unwashed, undamaged items; tags attached; jewelry returned in protective packaging; no signs of cosmetic wear, perfume, lotions, or hair product.
  2. Not eligible: items marked “final sale,” bespoke/custom items, items damaged by customer misuse, or items missing original packaging.

Defective or incorrect items
If your item is defective or the wrong item was shipped, contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@didii.ca with: order number, photos of the defect, and a description. We will arrange a return and will cover return shipping and either repair, replace, or refund the item after inspection.

How to return

  1. Email support@didii.ca with “Return Request — Order #” and attach photos (if defective).
  2. Await return authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not ship returns without an RMA — unauthorized returns may be refused.
  3. Pack the item securely; we recommend tracked shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in transit on their return to us unless we arranged the return label.

Refund timing & method
Refunds issued to the original payment method. After we receive & inspect the return, allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed and for funds to appear on the customer’s card statement.

Exchanges
If you want an exchange for a different size or color, request it in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise instructed.

Chargebacks & payment disputes
If you open a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting us, please note merchants, processors and card brands have established dispute procedures; we are required to respond and provide documentation to our payment provider. Chargebacks may result in denial of your dispute if evidence supports the merchant. Chargebacks also may incur administrative fees and could affect future purchases/merchant relationships with payment processors. We encourage contacting returns@didii.ca first so we can resolve the issue and avoid a chargeback dispute.
